We run cookery schools in Bristol, Christchurch, and Richmond. We also have a successful home delivery service offering fresh fish, prepared to your requirements, delivered overnight from Brixham to your door.

William Drabble has been in charge of the kitchen at Aubergine since 1998. His combination of French training, love and understanding of British produce has created a delicious and captivating menu from a chef who truly understands the seasonality of gastronomy.
